Established in late 2007 by chef and
owner Rhys Kelly, Jaffa bah cafe & catering has been slowly
creating a name for its self in Townsville for not only its premium
quality coffee but also its boutique catering service.
After having returned to Townsville in 2006 from a long overseas
career in the kitchens of some of the best restaurants in Europe,
Rhys sort to create a place of his own in his home town.
Our philosophy at Jaffa Bah is a simple combination of using as
much locally sourced products & produce as possible and to create
food with flavour. We like to keep our menu simple as we are a breakfast/lunch
cafe and be creative with our weekly specials.
Our boutique catering service is our pride and joy; we cater for
events from cocktail parties & weddings right through to corporate
lunches and any other event you can think of. Our approach to catering
is a very simple one; we use the freshest produce available, tailor
our menus to each event & cook from the heart.
