Jaffa Bah’s Catering Rewards Program
During this time of economic turbulence we at Jaffa Bah Café,
Coffee & Catering are looking at ways to help our customers
stretch their money that bit further. So, after consultation
with some of our regulars, we are now proud to launch our rewards
program.
How do I earn points?
For every dollar ($1) you spend on food from our catering menus
you will earn one (1) point. (Excluding delivery and GST cost)
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing, nada, zilch. It is completely free to join our program.
Simply head over to our website, download the sign up form,
and fax it to 4772 4421.
What can my points be used for?
Points can be used to purchase food from our catering menus,
or a wide range of products from our retail range in the café,
including coffee, tea, and other related products. A complete
list can be found on our website: www.jaffabah.com.au. This
list will continue to grow as we add new and exciting products
to our retail range.
Please note that a minimum spend $80.00 is required to redeem
points from our catering service.
How do I place my orders?
Simply head to www.jaffabah.com.au, download our catering order
forms, fill them out, and fax them through to us 1 day prior
to the order date.
- Please note that phone or email orders will not attract rewards
points.
Once we receive your order we will fax back a conformation
slip.
How do I know how many points I have?
A monthly statement will be emailed to you showing the activity
of your account.
Will my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire if they are not used within 2
years from the date they were earned.
Can I use my points with other promotions?
No. Although you will still earn points for products purchased
during promotions, you cannot redeem points for promotional
products or offers. From time to time, however, we will run
special rewards promotions that may earn you double or even
triple points so keep an eye out for these special offers.
